A Moth StorySLAM champion who has been featured on NPR's Moth Radio Hour, Danielle leads story workshops and produces live storytelling shows with companies all over the world. Her clients include Pfizer, Intel, Allianz, SAP, BlackRock, and Viatris.
An Emmy award-winning documentary producer/writer, Danielle is the host, writer, and co-creator of The Nightingale of Iran, a current hit documentary podcast about her family. Among its many accolades, Nightingale won the 2024 Signal Awards Gold prize for Best Writing, Silver award for Best Documentary, and Listeners' Choice award. For the past 20 years, Danielle has been helping brands like Marriott and Pfizer tell impactful stories through film and audio.
Danielle spent the first decade of her career as an on-air TV reporter in Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Atlanta, Georgia. She has held senior branded content roles at Meredith Corporation and Tribune Publishing. And she is co-founder of the live storytelling show Storyboom.
She and her husband Roni Sarig are co-authors of The Jewish Family Fun book series (2002, 2004, 2008, Jewish Lights). They live in White Plains, New York, and have two grown kids.
